Toyota MK5 Supra Fluid Recovery Dual Catch Can Kit Radium Engineering

COMPATIBILITY: 2020+ Toyota MK5 GR Supra 3.0L Turbocharged (B58) ONLY

Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, two-stage oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick. These kits mount using factory holes and integrate seamlessly with surrounding components. They do NOT vent to atmosphere (VTA), so they are emissions compliant and track legal. Closed loop systems remove oil and sludge from PCV gasses before they are routed to the engine for combustion. A closed-loop system also promotes negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance. Furthermore, closed systems prevent undesirable oil vapors from entering the cabin. The integrated dipsticks on the catch cans allow for easy inspection of accumulated fluid. No cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications are required.

20-0749-FL CATCH CAN KIT, PCV, MK5 SUPRA. The PCV catch can kit installs in-line between the valve cover vent and the intake manifold. It mounts to the threaded front radiator supports. This location avoids interference with aftermarket parts, such as an upgraded turbocharger or intake piping.

The PCV catch can traps undesirable crankcase vapors, unburnt fuel, and oil sludge. It facilitates the return of clean, filtered air back into the turbocharger inlet.

20-0750-FL CATCH CAN KIT, CCV, MK5 SUPRA. The CCV catch can mounts to 2 holes on the front radiator support. It was specifically designed to avoid interference with sway bars. Furthermore, this location avoids interference with aftermarket parts, such as an upgraded turbocharger or intake piping.

To maintain factory functionality, the CCV catch can installs in-line between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the intake manifold. At low loads, it is under atmospheric pressure. However, when the engine is under high load (WOT), the line experiences high flow from the crankcase into the intake system. This normally causes oil and sludge to accumulate in the air filter intake pipe. This oil accumulation spreads and is found in the intercooler, which reduces the heat exchanger's thermal efficiency and decreases performance. The CCV oil separator traps these contaminants and allows clean, filtered air to return to the intake.
