AEM’s 400lph High Flow, High Pressure Metric Fuel Pump (PN 50-1009) is the perfect upgrade for 044 pump users looking for higher fuel flow for their high-performance vehicles.
This 400lph metric high flow in-line fuel pump features an M18 x 1.5 female inlet and M12 x 1.5 male outlet. It utilizes the industry standard “044-style” housing. It is capable of supporting over 1,200 HP normally aspirated and a massive 860 HP at 30 psi boost!* Its flow rate is 400 lph (105 gph) at 40 PSI, 340 lph (90 gph) at 73 PSI, and 270 lph (71 gph) at 120 PSI. AEM’s 400lph High Flow Metric Fuel Pump is designed for use with ethanol-blended fuels (E85/E90) and all types of gasoline, but its service life will be reduced when used with 100% ethanol fuels.

Compatible with flexible fuel (E85/E90) and all types of gasoline (100% alcohol fuels may reduce pump life).
Kit includes fuel pump, check valve, nuts and boots for terminals and instructions.
*Horsepower ratings are given using gasoline and assuming a base fuel pressure of 43 PSI, 13.5V at the pump, 6.2 lb-gal, and a .65 specific fuel consumption. Boost pressure is assumed to be the 43 PSI base pressure plus boost pressure. Fuel hose diameter and the system’s electrical capacity and voltage ultimately determine the pump’s ability to support horsepower.
