PCV Oil Catch Can Kit for Toyota MK5 Supra Fluid Lock Radium Engineering

COMPATIBILITY: 2020+ Toyota MK5 GR Supra Turbocharged 3.0L (B58) ONLY

Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, two-stage oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick. These kits mount using factory holes and integrate seamlessly with surrounding components. They do NOT vent to atmosphere (VTA) so they are emissions compliant and track legal. Closed-loop systems remove oil and sludge from PCV gasses before being routed back to the engine for combustion. A closed-loop system also promotes negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance. Furthermore, closed systems prevent unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin. The integrated dipsticks in the catch cans allow for easy inspection of accumulated fluid. No cutting, drilling or permanent modifications are required.

20-0749-FL CATCH CAN KIT, PCV, MK5 SUPRA. The PCV oil catch can kit installs in-line between the vent valve and the intake manifold. It mounts to the front radiator threaded supports. This location avoids interference with aftermarket parts, such as an upgraded turbocharger or intake piping.

The PCV oil catch can traps unwanted crankcase vapors, unburnt fuel, and oil sludge. It facilitates the return of clean, filtered air to the turbocharger inlet.

20-0750-FL CATCH CAN KIT, CCV, MK5 SUPRA. The CCV oil catch can mounts to 2 front radiator support holes. It was specifically designed to avoid interference with sway bars. Furthermore, this location avoids interference with aftermarket parts, such as an upgraded turbocharger or intake piping.

To maintain factory functionality, the CCV oil catch can installs in-line between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the intake pipe. At low loads, it is exposed to atmospheric pressure. However, when the engine is at high load (WOT), the line experiences high flow from the crankcase into the intake system. This normally causes oil and sludge accumulation in the air filter intake pipe. This oil accumulation extends and is found in the intercooler, reducing heat exchanger thermal efficiency and decreasing performance. The CCV oil separator captures these contaminants and allows clean, filtered air to return to the intake.
