Nuke Performance's second-generation fuel surge tank, with everything you need to mount your high-pressure fuel pumps.
This new upgraded version is the first of its kind, specially developed and designed to mount a single or dual setup of most common fuel pumps from AEM, Deatschwerks, Bosch, Aeromotive, Walbro, and more.

This kit allows you to combine two internal fuel pumps to a filtered AN-10 ORB outlet. This fuel surge tank can provide a steady flow of fuel even with over 2000 hp. This setup includes everything needed for a solution and design that optimizes space and power consumption.

Use one or two fuel pumps individually with multiple electrical connectors on the top lid. Designed and manufactured to withstand extreme amounts of power, with the same hallmark of all Nuke Performance products.
Everything you need to mount a single or dual internal fuel pump is included in the Nuke Performance second-generation fuel surge tank kit. It is compatible with a wide selection of fuel pumps to meet all your fuel needs and demands:

Fuel pumps are mounted with the machined internal mounting bracket.
This fuel surge tank includes an internal bracket for all common 39mm fuel pumps, with a perfect fit. It is also compatible with larger diameter pumps, such as Bosch BR540 and Deatschwerks DW400, making this kit suitable for all possible needs between 200 and 2500 horsepower.

With our fuel surge tank, the risk is minimized that, when running on a low fuel level, the system cannot support extremely demanding driving, such as drifting, drag racing, and track days where over 2g can be exceeded, which could lead to fuel starvation. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel supply, a safe solution for your engine and setup, even in the most demanding conditions.
Available in various configurations to meet all your needs
Our fuel surge tank is available in several different configurations, each designed to offer maximum performance. It includes a machined aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern that ensures secure attachment in any installation. Depending on the configuration you choose, it includes a variable number of electrical connections, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with our oversized electrical connectors that can handle up to 10 times the current used. The single-output version is equipped with dual-pass connectors, allowing you to choose whether you want the different fuel pumps to run in different passes, with separate fuses, or simultaneously.
The kit is delivered with an AN-10 fuel line and is ready for AN-8 and AN-10 connections available in various variants and sizes. It includes a machined aluminum mounting bracket for easy installation. AN-10 ORB connections for the fuel surge tank outlet and fuel filter inlet are included in the kit. The fuel filter outlet is AN-10 ORB, and the surge tank supply, return, and overflow ports are AN-8 ORB. AN-8 and AN-10 ORB fittings are sold as accessories and are available in a wide variety of sizes and variations.
