This kit allows you to combine two internal fuel pumps to a filtered AN-10 ORB outlet. This fuel surge tank can provide a steady flow of fuel even with over 2000 hp. This setup includes everything needed for a solution and design that optimizes space and power consumption.

Fuel pumps are mounted with the machined internal mounting bracket.
This fuel surge tank includes an internal bracket for all common 39mm fuel pumps, with a perfect fit. It is also compatible with larger diameter pumps, such as Bosch BR540 and Deatschwerks DW400, making this kit suitable for all possible needs between 200 and 2500 horsepower.

With our fuel surge tank, the risk is minimized that, when running on a low fuel level, the system cannot support extremely demanding driving, such as drifting, drag racing, and track days where over 2g can be exceeded, which could lead to fuel starvation. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel supply, a safe solution for your engine and setup, even in the most demanding conditions.

That you can install high-flow fuel pumps inside the tank without needing to modify your original fuel tank is almost as important; in fact, this is the only setup you need. The fuel surge tank acts as a buffer, ensuring that the fuel pumps always receive fuel for high outputs, as the return line from the engine goes directly back to the tank, keeping it always full. How to install the fuel pumps inside the Nuke Performance surge tank? Your original fuel pump or the auxiliary fuel pump inside your original fuel tank or your aftermarket fuel tank acts as a lift pump ensuring that the high-pressure fuel pumps inside the oversized 3-liter surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize flow and minimize the risk of fuel starvation, which can severely damage your engine. The fuel surge tank kit includes everything needed to install your chosen fuel pumps, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump installation kits for optimal operation. The included Nuke Performance high-flow fuel filter uses a unique 200mm, 10-micron stainless steel filter element, 100% made of stainless steel with exclusive welded end caps that exclude common glue that can dissolve when switching from gasoline to ethanol or when using aggressive fuels such as racing fuel. Our fuel surge tank is available in several different configurations, each designed to offer maximum performance. It includes a machined aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern that ensures secure attachment in any installation. Depending on the configuration you choose, it includes a variable number of electrical connections, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with our oversized electrical connectors that can handle up to 10 times the current used. The single-output version is equipped with dual-pass connectors, allowing you to choose whether you want the different fuel pumps to run in different passes, with separate fuses, or simultaneously. The kit is delivered with an AN-10 fuel line and is ready for AN-8 and AN-10 connections available in various variants and sizes. It includes a machined aluminum mounting bracket for easy installation. AN-10 ORB connections for the fuel surge tank outlet and fuel filter inlet are included in the kit. The fuel filter outlet is AN-10 ORB, and the surge tank supply, return, and overflow ports are AN-8 ORB. AN-8 and AN-10 ORB fittings are sold as accessories and are available in a wide variety of sizes and variations.
