Intercooler with 550x160x160mm core, 63mm inlet/outlet, designed for turbocharged BMW 3 Series (E90, E91).
Compatible with the N54 twin-turbo gasoline version. Successfully used in powerful vehicles, often exceeding 500 HP. It features a new type of core, both external and internal, with high efficiency and a unique fin arrangement that ensures better cooling and excellent airflow compared to other intercoolers. Its thick, high-quality aluminum walls provide excellent durability. It perfectly replaces the factory intercooler, increasing vehicle performance. Our intercoolers are the only ones tested up to 5 bar; even this high pressure causes no issues. Core dimensions: 530x155x130 mm. Overall width: 670 mm.
