Nuke Performance's second-generation fuel surge tanks include everything needed to mount the popular Ti Automotive GST400 / GST450 / GST520 high-pressure fuel pumps.

This new upgraded version is the first of its kind, specially developed and designed to mount either a single or dual setup of the Ti Automotive / Walbro GST400, GST450, and GST520 fuel pumps, the Walbro motorsport fuel pumps that outperform all current in-tank fuel pumps in their price range.

It allows two in-tank fuel pumps to be combined into a single AN-10 (7/8 UNF) outlet. This fuel surge tank can provide a constant flow of fuel even with over 2000 hp. This setup includes everything needed for a solution and design that optimizes space and power consumption.

Choose between single or dual in-tank fuel pumps

Run single or dual fuel pumps individually with multiple electrical connectors on the top lid. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power, with the same quality that characterizes all Nuke Performance products.

Everything needed to mount a single or dual Walbro GSS340 / GSS341 / GSS342 / GST400 / GST450 / GST520 fuel pump is included, as well as everything needed to mount any other 39mm fuel pump in the same surge tank without modification. All necessary accessories for both single and dual setups are included. The fuel pumps are mounted with the machined internal mounting bracket. This fuel surge tank includes an internal bracket for the Walbro GST400, GST450, and GST520 fuel pumps and also fits all common 39mm fuel pumps perfectly, such as the DW200, DW300, AEM 340L, Aeromotive 340, etc. Without modifications, it is also possible to mount the larger Bosch BR540 and Deatschwerks DW400 pumps within the same tank. This single-outlet surge tank is the perfect solution and design for almost all fuel pumps used in tuning and motorsport applications currently available on the market. High-flow fuel pumps without the need for tank modification. With our surge tank, you minimize the risk that, when driving with a low fuel level, the system will not support extremely demanding driving, such as in drifting, drag racing, and track days where over 2g can be exceeded, which could lead to fuel starvation. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine and setup, even under the most demanding conditions. That you can install high-flow fuel pumps inside the tank without needing to modify your original fuel tank is almost as important; in fact, this is the only setup you need. The fuel surge tank works as a buffer, ensuring that the fuel pumps always receive fuel for high outputs, as the return line from the engine goes directly back into the tank, always keeping it full. How to install Walbro GST fuel pumps in the fuel surge tank? Your original fuel pump, the auxiliary fuel pump inside your original fuel tank, or your aftermarket fuel tank acts as a lift pump ensuring that the high-pressure fuel pumps inside the oversized 3-liter surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize flow and minimize the risk of fuel starvation, which could severely damage your engine. The fuel surge tank includes everything needed to install the fuel pumps of your choice, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal operation. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in any condition thanks to the machined fuel pump brackets.

Available in various configurations to suit all your needs

Our fuel surge tank is available in several different configurations, each designed to deliver maximum performance. It includes a machined aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern that ensures secure attachment in any installation. Depending on the chosen configuration, it includes a varying number of electrical connections, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with our oversized electrical connectors that can handle up to 10 times the current used. For the Walbro GST version, it is equipped with dual pass-through connectors, allowing you to choose whether you want the different fuel pumps to run in different stages, with different fuses, or simultaneously. Delivered with AN-10 outlet and AN-8 return male fittings. Delivered with a machined aluminum mounting bracket for easy installation and 3 AN-8 (3/4 UNF) to AN-8 male fittings and 1 AN-10 (7/8 UNF) to AN-10 male fitting for the top lid connections. Other AN-6, AN-8, AN-10, and AN-12 fitting sizes are sold separately as accessories.
