Nuke Performance second-generation fuel surge tanks include everything you need to mount popular Deatschwerks DW400 high-pressure fuel pumps.

This new, updated version is the first of its kind, specially developed and designed to mount a single or dual setup of the groundbreaking Deatschwerks DW400 fuel pump. This fuel pump has a larger diameter and, due to its high flow, requires perfect conditions to perform at its maximum. We have developed the perfect solution in close collaboration with Deatschwerks engineers.

It allows combining two internal fuel pumps into one AN-10 (7/8 UNF) output. This fuel surge tank can provide a consistent fuel flow even with more than 2000 hp. This setup includes everything needed for a solution and design that optimizes space and power consumption.

Choose between one or two internal fuel pumps

Use one or two fuel pumps individually with multiple electrical connectors on the top lid. Designed and manufactured to withstand extreme amounts of power, with the same quality that characterizes all Nuke Performance products.

Everything needed to mount one or two DW400 fuel pumps, as well as any 39mm fuel pump in the same surge tank without modifications, is included. It is also compatible with the new Bosch BR540, which has the same external dimensions as the DW400.

All necessary accessories for both single and dual configurations are included. The fuel pumps are mounted with the machined internal mounting bracket. This fuel surge tank includes an internal bracket for DW400 fuel pumps, as well as adapters that allow the perfect mounting of all common 39mm fuel pumps, such as DW200, DW300, AEM 340L, Aeromotive 340, Walbro (Ti Automotive) GSS 340/341/342, GST 450/520, etc. What was initially conceived as the natural option for the DW400 fuel pump has become the perfect solution and design for almost every fuel pump used in tuning and motorsport applications available on the market today. High-flow fuel pumps without the need to excessively modify the tank. With our fuel surge tank, the risk is minimized when operating at low pressure. The fuel level is low, as the system does not support extremely demanding driving, such as drifting, drag racing, and track days, where more than 2g can be exceeded, which could lead to fuel starvation. With this configuration, you can count on maximum fuel supply, a safe solution for your engine and setup, even in the most demanding conditions. That you can install high-flow fuel pumps inside the tank without needing to modify your original fuel tank is almost equally important; this is truly the only setup you need. The 3.0-liter 2G fuel surge tank for Deatschwerks DW400 works as a buffer, ensuring that the fuel pumps always receive fuel for high outputs, as the return line from the engine goes directly back to the tank, keeping it always full. How to install fuel pumps inside the DW400 fuel surge tank? Your original fuel pump or auxiliary fuel pump inside your original fuel tank or aftermarket fuel tank works as a pickup fuel pump that ensures the high-pressure fuel pumps inside the oversized 3-liter surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize flow and minimize the risk of fuel starvation, which can severely damage your engine. The fuel surge tank is supplied with everything needed to install the fuel pumps of your choice, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal operation. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in any condition thanks to the machined fuel pump brackets. Available in various configurations to meet all your needs. Our fuel surge tank is available in several different configurations, each designed to offer maximum performance. It includes a machined aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern that ensures secure fastening in any installation. Depending on the chosen configuration, it includes a variable number of electrical connections, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with our oversized electrical connectors that can withstand up to 10 times the current used. For the 3.0-liter 2G fuel surge tank for the Deatschwerks DW400 version, it is equipped with dual pass-through connectors, allowing you to choose whether you want the different fuel pumps to operate in different stages, with different fuses, or simultaneously. Supplied with AN-10 output and AN-8 return male fittings. It comes with a machined aluminum mounting bracket for easy installation and 3 AN-8 (3/4 UNF) to AN-8 male fittings and 1 AN-10 (7/8 UNF) to AN-10 male fitting for the top lid connections. Other AN-6, AN-8, AN-10, and AN-12 fitting sizes are sold separately as accessories.
