The Competition Package for the BMW F-series consists of the intercooler upgrade kit, the N20 downpipe kit with 200 CPI racing catalyst, and fits the following vehicles: BMW 125i F20 / F21, BMW 220i F22 / F23, BMW 228i (x) F22 / F23, BMW 320i (x) F30 / F31 / F34, BMW 328i (x) F30 / F31 / F34, BMW 420i (x) F32 / F36, BMW 428i (x) F32 / F36. Intercooler Upgrade Kit 200001071. The high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (520 mm x 215 mm x 145 mm / stepped 13,840 cm³ / stock IC 510 mm x 130 mm x 110 mm, 7,293 cm³) Approx. 85% larger frontal area and 90% more volume than the stock intercooler. The Competition core provides excellent cooling properties and its weight is very low (8.6 kg). The intercooler end tanks are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analysis in the CAD system. Plug & Play installation using the stock piping, no cutting or bumper removal required. Packing list: 1 intercooler, 1 mounting material, 1 installation instructions. The downpipe kit for the BMW N20 engine 500001011 directly replaces BMW part no. 18327645666. Made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304). 100% perfect fit, replaces the original part. Lower thermal load on the turbocharger. More power by reducing back pressure. Increased torque. 200 cpi catalytic converter. Connection diameter: 105 mm.
