The EGT to CAN module collects input signals from 8 EGT probes (K-type thermocouples), converts the probe voltage into a numerical temperature value, and sends the corresponding data via a CAN bus. The module is fully configurable via a USB connection and client software for Microsoft Windows. High-quality EGT sensors are available on request.
With the ECUMASTER EMU engine management system, it is possible to adjust the fuel dose for each cylinder based on EGT temperature readings.
This function can be used as an effective tool for protection against possible failures of the engine and its auxiliary components. With the collected EGT temperature data, it is possible to adjust the fuel dose for each cylinder in the ECUMASTER ECU. Ecumaster brand products are not shipped to the USA, Canada, or Mexico.
