With a simple portable display to set injection points, this controller can be remotely mounted or mounted in an easy-to-access location, depending on the application. The VC-30 progressive controller, with digital display and boost pressure sensor included, proportionally injects more or less water/methanol based on boost pressure. Start and max points are adjustable to optimize the activation and delivery curve to the engine's needs. Proportional water/methanol injection based on boost pressure provides precise delivery, allowing for cooling and performance improvements across a wide range, improving drivability and cooling. Especially useful for direct injection engines, as it eliminates 100% of carbon buildup on valves. Recommended for all street/track gasoline-powered vehicles with turbochargers or centrifugal superchargers seeking cooling across a wide RPM range. This kit uses the only OEM-approved water-methanol injection pump on the market, featuring a patented thermal flange, double seal, and custom motor winding for cooler, longer-lasting operation than the competition. The 300 PSI UHO Extreme Environment Pump is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, with sealed and encapsulated O-ring fittings to prevent moisture from entering. Compare this to pumps that use a sleeve. These sleeves retain moisture around the pump, leading to corrosion and trapping heat, which significantly reduces its lifespan. Stage 2 comes standard with 100% methanol-resistant components, made of stainless steel, nickel plating, EPDM, and hard anodizing to ensure years of continuous use.
