The ZRP Cosworth crankshaft is machined from solid aerospace-grade 4340 steel, with no compromise on material quality to ensure the best possible product. This meticulously designed crankshaft, based on our extensive experience, delivers maximum engine performance. The production process includes very rigorous inspections to ensure maximum quality and precise tolerances for a perfect fit.
The Ford crankshaft is fully balanced to 1 g·cm² +/- 0.1 g/cm² using state-of-the-art Sunnen machinery. A balancing report is included.
