2 EGR replacement pipes (54mm outer diameter, 90mm length, stainless steel - lifetime warranty)

2 blanking plates (stainless steel - lifetime warranty)

2 gaskets for blanking plates

4 exhaust cooler blanking plates

2 flange gaskets

2 hose clamps (from the renowned FMIC brand)

4 bolts with washer for blanking plates

8 bolts with washer for flanges

1 CNC machined aluminum plug for the lower EGR cooler hose

1 CNC machined aluminum vented plug for the EGR thermostat hose

1 CNC machined aluminum leak screw and O-ring

This kit includes our EGR cooler hose plugs, which allow the removal of the EGR cooler and thermostat, as they become unnecessary after EGR valve removal.

Note!

Generally, up to 2002-2004 models will not trigger the ECU warning light. On newer models with pneumatic and electronic EGR valves, installing this part may cause the ECU warning light to illuminate. We recommend remapping the ECU to completely disable the EGR function; this process can be performed by a remapping specialist.
