CCV Oil Catch Can Kit for Toyota Tundra 07-21 Fluid Lock Radium Engineering

This catch can kit was specifically designed for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra with the 3UR-FE engine. No drilling or permanent modifications are required. IF USING A TRD SUPERCHARGER OR OTHER AFTERMARKET SUPERCHARGER, carefully review the images to ensure the location of the oil catch cans are not occupied by intercooler piping or other supercharger related components.

An oil catch can is essential on a performance vehicle to protect the engine from high levels of crankcase blow-by accumulated during daily driving. Excess oil saturated air recirculating back into the air intake can lead to a decrease in performance. Radium Engineering oil catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, two-stage oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.

The 20-0239-FL Fluid Lock CCV Catch Can Kit includes 2 mounting brackets. One of the brackets will be omitted if the PCV kit is also used. The crankcase breather is aligned with the 1/2" valve cover vent port. At low loads, it experiences atmospheric pressure, but when the engine is under high load (WOT), this hose experiences vacuum and normally draws crankcase vapors, unburnt fuel, and oil sludge into the air filter intake tube. If the engine is turbocharged or supercharged and oil accumulation is observed in the intercooler, this oil catch can is indispensable, as oil reduces the thermal efficiency of the heat exchange process.
