Heat-resistant CNC-machined clutch intermediate plate/spacer

Clutch assemblies are fully balanced (end-to-end): flywheel, intermediate plate, and pressure plate, according to G6.3 class and up to 8500 rpm. Each clutch assembly is delivered with a unique balancing protocol.

Thanks to the superior design and quality of the intermediate plate, it does not produce noise when the clutch pedal is pressed. It also does not jam under heat, as it does not come into contact with the flywheel.

It works and engages smoothly like an OEM clutch assembly.

Supplied with a 19 mm thick aluminum adapter plate with all necessary bolts. The adapter requires a DENSO 228000 series starter motor, which does not have an aluminum cover over the starter gear.
Compatible with TOYOTA 1JZ and 2JZ engines with the following transmissions:

- ZF N47M 5-speed gearbox - Spline shaft 28x35-10N

- Getrag S54B32 6-speed - Spline shaft 28x35-10N

- ZF M57 5-speed - Spline shaft 28x35-10N

Not compatible with the elevated version of the M54B30 with 6-speed gearbox.
Not compatible with 5-speed Getrag/ZF gearboxes.
Ideal for high-power turbocharged engines.
Supports up to ~1000-1200 Nm of torque in conventional vehicles.
For entry-level drifting, up to ~1000 Nm, we recommend maintaining a torque reserve. If the clutch is frequently damaged, we strongly recommend choosing the Stage 2 or 4 version with sintered clutch discs (Stage 2 or 4).

Professional installation and break-in (at least 1000 km or 5000 gear shifts) are required.

Our flywheels always include the starter ring gear (monoblock solution).

All parts used are standard, allowing for quick and economical renewal of the complete assembly.
