Manley 15029-4 H-Tuff Forged Connecting Rods for Mitsubishi EVO X 4B11T (2008 and up)
Manufactured from 4340 aircraft quality steel forgings
Heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and 100% magnafluxed individually
Weight matched sets + 1.5 grams
Cap screws are 3/8" ARP 2000 for the H-Tuff and 3/8" ARP Custom Age 625+ for the H-Tuff Plus
Maximum flywheel horsepower for these connecting rods in a 4-cylinder application is 750 HP with ARP 2000 bolts
and 950 HP with ARP 625+ bolts. In a 6-cylinder application, the maximum horsepower is 1000 HP with ARP 2000 bolts
and 1200 HP with ARP 625+ bolts. H-Tuff Series
• Bridges the gap between our standard, tried-and-true H-Beam rods,
and the top-of-the-line, best-of-the-best Turbo Tuff® rods
series
• The H-Tuff series offers a stronger rod with an increased safety margin to handle
higher boost and horsepower levels, at only a slight premium
over the standard H-Beam rods.
• The H-Tuff series design incorporates a wider beam and increased cross-sectional thickness in critical areas.
