The I-Beam series connecting rods for Audi 5.2L R8 V10 / Lamborghini Gallardo / Huracan are designed for high-horsepower applications. They are manufactured from the best raw materials, high-strength 4340 steel with a specially optimized shape for high performance and extreme durability. They feature a straight-cut pin end for increased durability, which means they can only be used with aftermarket pistons. The bushings are made from AMPCO 18 material, offering excellent wear and fatigue resistance, and have a radial groove that acts as an oil reservoir. They undergo shot peening to relieve material stress and multi-stage heat treatment to increase rigidity. Strict tolerances in the production process ensure a perfect fit and optimize oil clearances. Bending and torsion are strictly controlled. Each connecting rod includes ARP 2000 head bolts with a strength of 220,000 psi. Optionally, 260,000 psi ARP L19 material can be purchased as an upgrade. The complete kit is supplied with ARP Moly lubricant and comprehensive installation instructions.

Straight-cut pin end: suitable for aftermarket pistons.
Centering bushes for a perfect fit and precise reassembly.
Scalloped cap relief for increased big end integrity in extreme applications.
Grooves on the thrust face to reduce weight.
*These connecting rods are not compatible with OEM pistons.
