The GenV WG45 HyperGate45 external wastegate is a 45mm, race-proven, cost-effective external wastegate that offers the highest flow in its class. The GenV provides extensive user configurability, world-leading extended thermal performance, fatigue resistance, and best-in-class flow performance for optimal control and increased durability.

Turbosmart’s GenV external wastegate is a complete overhaul of a classic model, and the only feature kept from the Gen4 range was the mounting orientation. Optimized and internally validated via CFD for maximum flow and thermal management, the GenV range offers more features, options, and performance than any other wastegate.

It is a direct-fit upgrade for all Turbosmart Gen4 wastegates and incorporates our unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for 360-degree optional routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, liquid cooling option, 1/8" NPT reference ports, and is supplied with the full range of available springs. Available in black, blue, red, purple, and charcoal colors. Wastegate position sensor (optional upgrade). Compressed gas/CO2 version. Race/extreme temperature version. Electronic actuation/eWG version. High-pressure version (up to 50 psi base).
