The GenV WG45 HyperGate45 external wastegate is a race-proven, highly cost-effective 45mm external wastegate, offering the highest flow in its class. The GenV provides extensive user configurability, world-leading extended thermal performance, fatigue resistance, and best-in-class flow performance for optimal control and increased durability.

Turbosmart’s GenV external wastegate is a complete clean-sheet redesign, with the only carried-over feature from the Gen4 range being the mounting orientation. Optimized and validated in-house via CFD for maximum flow and thermal management, the GenV range offers more features, options, and performance than any other wastegate.

It is a direct-fit upgrade to all Turbosmart Gen4 wastegates and incorporates our unique collar locking system, variable actuator cap and base for optional 360-degree reference hose routing, strap-type V-band clamps, liquid cooling option, 1/8" NPT reference ports, and is supplied with a full range of available springs. Available in black, blue, red, purple, and grey colors. Wastegate position sensor (optional upgrade). Compressed gas/CO2 version. Race/extreme temperature version. Electronic/eWG version. High-pressure version (up to 50 psi base).
