The GenV WG45 HyperGate45 External Wastegate is a 45mm, competition proven and cost effective external wastegate that features class leading flow performance. The GenV provides extensive user configurability, world leading extended thermal performance, fatigue resistance and the best flow performance for optimum control and longevity.

Turbosmart’s GenV External Wastegate range is a complete ground-up redesign of a classic, and the only feature carried over from the Gen4 range is the mounting orientation. Optimised and validated in-house using CFD for maximum flow and thermal management, the GenV range offers more features, options and performance than any other wastegate.

It’s a direct fit upgrade to all Turbosmart Gen4 wastegates and features our unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for 360-degree optional referencing of the reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, liquid-cooling option, 1/8″ NPT reference ports and supplied with the full range of available springs. Available in Black, Blue, Red, Purple, and Grey colourways. Wastegate position sensor (optional upgrade). Compressed Gas/CO2 version. Motorsport/Extreme Temp version. Electronic Actuated/eWG version. High-Pressure (up to 50psi base) version.
