Reading and processing wheel speed data is a common issue in modern race cars. Most modern ABS systems use active magnetoresistive sensors, and any attempt to intercept these signals can generate errors in the system. To help our customers, we have designed the ultimate solution: the wheel speed to CAN module. This compact device reads the wheel speed sensors and sends them over a CAN bus to other devices such as dashboards, data loggers, and electronic control units (ECUs). Most importantly, the signal from the sensors is not interrupted and full functionality of the anti-lock braking system is maintained. The module can also be used as an expansion module if it is not possible to directly connect all four wheel speed sensors to the ECU (due to a lack of inputs). Main Features
