ZRP +1.50 mm Inconel exhaust valves are designed for the Fiat 1.4L Abarth / T-Jet engine platform, including applications for the Grande Punto. Engineered for high-performance turbocharged engines, these oversized (+1.50 mm) exhaust valves provide increased flow, improved exhaust efficiency, and exceptional durability under extreme operating conditions.

Manufactured from premium nickel superalloys (Inconel series 751 / 600), ZRP exhaust valves maintain their structural integrity at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800 °C. They are specifically developed for extreme operating environments where conventional stainless steel valves cannot withstand the thermal and mechanical loads generated by modified or high-boost turbo engines.

Each valve is precision CNC machined, swirl polished, and heat-treated to ensure exceptional dimensional accuracy, an optimized surface finish, and resistance to thermal fatigue. Strict tolerances for stem straightness, concentricity, and sealing surfaces guarantee reliable combustion sealing and stable operation at high RPMs and sustained boost levels.

The +1.50 mm oversized design increases the exhaust valve diameter, making them ideal for cylinder heads with modified ports and high-performance engines.
