Forge Motorsport is proud to present its latest direct fit turbo valve for the following VAG petrol turbo vehicles: Compatible with 1.4T, 1.8T, 2.0 FSI and TSI engines, including 2.0 models manufactured between 2011 and 2013 fitted with an IHI turbo (the 1.4 requires the additional FMBGFK3 fitting kit).

Made from aerospace-grade aluminum. It does not generate error codes or activate the engine malfunction light. Installation instructions and all necessary components are included. Forge Motorsport offers this dump valve for 1.4T, 1.8T, and 2.0T FSI and TSI engines, including 2.0 engines manufactured between 2011 and 2013 equipped with an IHI turbo, present in a wide range of VW, Seat, Skoda, and Audi vehicles (the 1.4T requires the FMBGFK3 installation kit). This dump valve is the latest version of the FMSITAT component and combines the use of the solenoid-controlled closed-circuit dump valve with the open-circuit dump valve adapter. The result is a replacement open-circuit dump valve that seamlessly integrates into the original wiring and, therefore, does not generate error codes, engine warning lights, or power loss. Like its complete closed-circuit dump valve FMFSITVR, the FMFSITAT is designed to solve the failure of original solenoid valves when their diaphragm fails or cracks and causes a turbo pressure leak. Forge valves are made from an alloy with a piston that provides much greater reliability than standard valves, as well as reduced turbo response time.

This dump valve is especially suitable for the Audi A4 and A5 B7 and B8 chassis with the 2.0T engine. The mounting location of the valve in these vehicles is particularly close to the chassis rails, and the overall height of the standard Forge dump valve + spacer is too high and touches the chassis in this location. The FMFSITAT dump valve is much lower, allowing for installation on B7 and B8 chassis with an atmospheric option, something that was not possible before. Another important feature of this product is the port on the intake manifold to connect a vacuum reference and control the dump valve. This component also has ports to obtain information from the intake manifold. This additional information can be used to measure turbo pressure or even to control the water/methanol mixture. For installation on the 1.4 turbo engine, the adapter for the turbo pressure sensor FMBCGFK3 is required.

Note: This product is only compatible with 1.4 turbo engines manufactured until early 2013, where the turbo is located at the front of the engine bay. It is not compatible with CMBA and CXSB engines.
