Forge Blow Off Valve for VAG 1.5 TSI (from 2022)

The kit includes all necessary hardware and step-by-step installation instructions for a quick and easy installation in just a couple of hours. This valve kit allows the installation of the fast-response blow-off valve, preventing turbo overboost and extending the lifespan of your engine's turbocharger.

Since the engine does not have a bypass valve as standard, Forge Motorsport has developed a dual-piston blow-off valve that not only produces an incredibly powerful sound when lifting off the throttle, but also increases throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag. It has been designed to help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed, ready for when you accelerate, while reducing stress on the turbocharger impeller. Without this stress reduction, the turbo can suffer premature failure, especially in remapped engines and modified vehicles.

Although the different 1.5 TSI engines share many components, the newer engines have a slightly different configuration. Please remove your engine cover to determine which kit you need.
The FMBGFK22 vacuum adapter is also included with the FMDV39 kit and is used to operate the blow-off valve. This adapter can also be used as a mounting kit for an additional pressure gauge with a simple T-piece.

Features:

Due to the exposure of the original pressure hose and the engine's thermal cycle, the plastic it is made of can deteriorate over time, becoming brittle and prone to pressure leaks. This kit completely replaces this plastic hose from the turbo to the manifold with a silicone hose (available in various colors). The kit includes everything needed to install the valve, along with complete instructions.

Anodized CNC machined couplings and components, along with a CNC machined and adjustable Forge Motorsport dual-piston valve.

Unlike other valves on the market, the Forge valve will not activate the engine warning light (EML).

The Forge silicone hose in this kit has been designed with a high-quality modified silicone inner liner, known as fluorosilicone. This ensures that the color of the silicone hose remains bright and vibrant.

This means that Forge Motorsport hoses are suitable for use with modern long-life coolants, organic acid technology (OAT) coolants, and oil mist.

Its design surpasses that of original parts, and the Forge Motorsport hose will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically.
