Forge Black Blow-Off Valve for Audi S3 8Y / Volkswagen Golf 8 GTI

This is a replacement for the original part with reference number 06N145710B.

It is recommended to service the valve every 3 years or 32,000 km (20,000 miles), whichever comes first.

Forge Motorsport is proud to present the latest version of our popular solenoid valve for the VAG 2.0 TSI engine (DNP and DNFB engine codes) from 2021 onwards. This valve is a complete atmospheric (i.e. noisy) blow-off valve replacement that integrates seamlessly with the original electronics and does not affect performance, nor does it generate error codes or engine warning lights!

Like the full replacement recirculation valve option, this blow-off valve is designed to solve the failure problems that occur with original solenoid valves when their diaphragm breaks, leading to pressure leakage. The latest generation OEM valves have a longer lifespan, but over time the plastic becomes brittle, and in extreme cases, fragments can break off. This valve is entirely made of machined alloy with an internal piston design that provides significantly superior reliability to OEM valves, as well as ultra-fast response. Its effectiveness has been proven in vehicles with over 600 HP!

This blow-off valve has a very low overall installation height, allowing it to be mounted in the limited space between the turbocharger and the air filter intake hose. Older, larger valves and adapter plates are not compatible with this engine.
