Manufactured from aluminum, this open-loop blow-off valve vents compressed air to the atmosphere, producing the famous "Pschhht" sound typical of rally cars.
This allows for faster throttle response and higher load to maintain turbo pressure more securely. All Forge Motorsport dual-piston atmospheric blow-off valves have been designed to vent 100% of the residual compressed air remaining in the intake system when the throttle is closed.
Forge Motorsport and its distributors are not responsible for any damage caused by the installation of this blow-off valve on a vehicle whose engine management, whether original or modified, is not capable of adjusting air measurement for an atmospheric blow-off valve such as this one.
