TurboSystems HTX3057B2V turbocharger

Same specifications as the HTX3057B2, except the turbine flange is replaced by a 2.25" V-band connection.
High-performance turbocharger designed for heavy loads and high temperatures. Two compressor-side air outlet options: 90° and straight for easier connection. Dual ceramic ball bearings and a compressor wheel machined from solid aluminum, making it a durable and efficient solution for racing use.

Power range: 400-500+ HP;

This turbocharger includes 2 sets of V-bands (for the turbine flange and the exhaust).

Compressor side:

Compressor housing with ported shroud;
Compressor wheel: manufactured in-house, reinforced, 57/71 mm, 9+0 blades, machined from solid aluminum;
Inlet:

Straight compressor housing: 63 mm;

90° elbow compressor housing: 76 mm (3");

Air outlet: 51 mm (2");

Core:

Bearings: dual ceramic ball bearings;
Cooling: water-cooled with 2 M14x1.5 ports;

Lubrication: AN4 oil inlet with integrated oil restrictor;

Turbine side:

Housing: single scroll, 10 cm² AR: 0.73;
Turbine wheel: custom 60/55 mm design, 9 blades

Flange: 2.25" single scroll V-band;

Exhaust connection: 3" V-band;

Includes oil drain flange
