The FMIC.EU high-performance cylinder head was designed specifically for LS3 engines, offering optimal performance on both track and road. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum, it stands out for its high mechanical strength, resistance to high temperatures, and precision CNC machining. The T6 heat treatment increases the hardness and dimensional stability of the material, ensuring durability and reliability in extreme operating conditions. The optimized shapes of the intake runners and combustion chambers provide excellent flow. The enlarged design of the intake and exhaust runners allows for more efficient cylinder filling, which translates into increased airflow efficiency and improved performance across the entire RPM range, without loss of torque at low and medium RPMs. The exhaust port outlet is centered with respect to the valve, allowing for more uniform flow and greater efficiency of the exhaust system.
