ZRP Black Nitride Standard Intake Valves are engineered for the Lamborghini 5.2L V10 engines used in Gallardo and Huracán models (2008-On), as well as Audi R8 5.2L V10 40V applications. Designed for high-revving, naturally aspirated engines and high-performance builds, these intake valves offer exceptional durability, dimensional stability, and long-term reliability under demanding operating conditions.

Crafted from a single piece of high-grade forged stainless steel (EV8/21-4N), each valve undergoes a specialized black nitriding process. This advanced surface hardening treatment diffuses nitrogen into the outer layer of the valve, significantly increasing wear and fatigue resistance, while reducing stem-to-guide friction due to the smoother, hardened surface. Unlike localized chrome coatings, the entire valve—both stem and head—receives black nitriding, ensuring uniform surface protection and extended lifespan, even in high-revving V10 engines.

Each valve is precision forged, CNC machined, polished, and tip-hardened to meet stringent dimensional tolerances. This ensures accurate valve seating, stable operation at high RPMs, and consistent sealing in both naturally aspirated and forced-induction setups.
