JRspec GTX45R SB Turbocharger

The JRspec GTX45R Single Ball Bearing turbocharger is built on the basis of a high-quality single ball bearing and floating bearing (made in Japan), widely used in engine preparation. Its CNC forged compressor wheel (machined wheel) allows for much more power from the engine with similar response to the conventional version. Assembled in the EU with perfectly matched parts, manufactured from the highest quality materials using precision machinery. Its 5 stages of rotor balancing, reaching 250,000 rpm, ensure trouble-free operation even in extreme conditions, with very high boosts and temperatures. JRspec turbochargers have proven themselves in motorsport, being used, among others, in drag racing by Tsunami (2 R30 engines, 2 JRspec GT42R JB turbos, providing about 2300 HP), in drift by Paweł Trela (2JZ engine, JRspec GTX3582R + BB turbo, about 900 HP), Kornel Pruss (LS7 engine, JRspec GT45R JB turbo, over 1000 HP) and many powerful street cars. The applied hybrid ceramic ball bearings significantly improve turbine response, thanks to which the engine reacts much faster to the accelerator pedal, achieving high torque at much lower speeds than in the case of turbines based on plain bearings, and even classic ball bearings, which is extremely useful in drift and on the street, where engine flexibility is of great importance.
