Product details
Easy-to-install BMW turbo for old models with M57N diesel engines: E60, E61, E65, and E53 models with vacuum control, and E60, E61 with electronic actuator. Increased power thanks to improved compressor and variable geometry. Designed to work with the original exhaust manifold and other engine units.
Turbosystems upgrade turbocharger for BMW M57N (HTD2872):
- Improved bearing system;
- CNC machined compressor housing;
- CNC machined turbine housing;
- OEM variable geometry nozzle;
- Reinforced and larger compressor wheel machined from solid billet - 50/72mm;
- Larger turbine wheel - 51/49mm;
- Reconditioned housings;
- Flow bench adjusted;
- VSR balanced;
Power range: up to 350+ HP
Turbosystems upgrade turbocharger for BMW M57N Features of (HTD3073NG):
- Ceramic ball bearing;
- New generation reinforced bearing, machined from a solid 50/73 mm compressor wheel with 6+6 blades;
- Enlarged 9-blade turbo bearing - 58/54 mm;
- New generation enlarged variable geometry;
- New special cast turbo housing;
- VSR balanced CHRA;
Power range: 400+ HP
