IS38 turbo conversion service to the following power outputs:

Stage 1 420-450 hp. Required modifications: - Full regeneration, cast iron overhaul - Larger compression wheel, larger CNC billet - Trimmed exhaust rotor

Stage 2 470-500 hp. Required modifications: - Full regeneration - Cast iron overhaul - Larger compression wheel, larger CNC billet - Larger exhaust rotor

Stage 3 500-540 hp. 100% plug and play turbo: - Larger GTX CNC compression wheel with 71 mm diameter - Larger 9-blade high-flow exhaust shaft - Bearings replaced with high-performance bearings + thicker thrust bearing - Max pressure 2.4-2.5 bar

Stage 4 550-600 hp. 100% plug and play turbo: - Larger GTX CNC compression wheel than in Stage 3 with 76 mm diameter - Larger 9-blade high-flow exhaust shaft - Bearings replaced with high-performance bearings + thicker thrust bearing - Max pressure 2.4-2.5 bar Boost pressure 2.7-2.8 bar

Compatible with VAG MQB platform vehicles (2012 onwards): Audi A3 8V, Audi TT MK3, Seat León MK3, Skoda Octavia MK3, Skoda SuperB MK3, VW Golf MK7

To achieve the specified power, it is necessary to modify less efficient stock components (intake, intercooler, fuel system, exhaust system) and the vehicle's ECU (remapping, chip-tuning).

It is possible to adapt turbos from other models; modifications are quoted individually.
