Nobody likes refueling, right? But this CNC-machined aluminum fuel cap, featuring RacingLine’s signature design, offers superior engineering for an exquisite feel and a sleek look. Refueling becomes a true pleasure! This cap is compatible with push-to-release systems.
The RacingLine replacement fuel cap is one of those upgrades you’ll love every time you use it. Machined from a solid billet of 6061-grade aerospace aluminum, it is carefully hand-polished and anodized in a glossy midnight black with the logo laser-etched. It clicks shut with a satisfying sound every time you refuel. Refueling becomes a pleasant experience once again!
A new pressure relief valve integrated into the cap keeps the tank pressure balanced at all times.
The design allows you to secure the cap in the original filler neck holder while refueling. It includes a new rubber O-ring and a tether to match the functionality of the original plastic cap. This version of the cap is for "push and turn" style caps, commonly found on newer, larger VWG vehicles. If yours is not this type, RacingLine also offers a screw-on cap, generally for older models.
