Nitrous Oxide System Features

This is the upgrade your Hellcat needs! The Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory lid for a quick and easy installation. The lid's optimized airflow design ensures maximum flow, and the placement of the nitrous and methanol-water nozzles provides a significant increase in horsepower and torque.

The sprayless nitrous oxide system injects nitrous oxide and fuel in-line with the supercharger's air discharge, so the mixture is evenly distributed to each runner. Injecting nitrous oxide into this pre-cooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow through the factory intercoolers for maximum power. As mentioned, this system has a "sprayless" design, meaning the nitrous oxide/fuel nozzles are CNC machined into the lid itself, thus ensuring precise spraying every time.
Water/Methanol Injection System Features

Stage 2.5 uses the VC-50 progressive controller (52mm gauge) which proportionally injects more or less water/methanol depending on boost pressure. The start and max points are adjustable to optimize the activation and delivery curve, adapting to the engine's needs. Proportionate injection according to boost pressure provides precise water/methanol delivery and allows for improvements in cooling and performance over a wide range, optimizing drivability. The Stage 2.5 supercharger cooler cools and densifies the intake charge, increasing 91-octane fuel viscosity to 116 octane, allowing maximum power to be maintained at all times.

The VC-50 controller offers the functionality of a boost gauge and a water/methanol controller in one device. It features a brilliant 7-color O-LED display (blue, white, red, yellow, orange, purple, and green) that shows boost pressure, injection percentage, low level, second stage activation, prime button, and system error codes directly on the screen. You can customize the controller's color to match the original gauges or combine up to two colors.
This kit uses the only OEM-approved water-methanol injection pump on the market, with a patented thermal flange, double seal, and custom motor winding for cooler, longer operation than the competition. The 300 PSI UHO extreme-duty pump is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, with sealed and encapsulated O-ring connections to prevent moisture from entering. The Stage 2.5 version comes standard with 100% methanol-resistant components, made of stainless steel, nickel-plated, EPDM, and hard-anodized to ensure years of continuous use.
