OVERVIEW: The Radium Engineering FHST (Fuel Hanger Surge Tank) is the ultimate solution for fuel starvation issues in the Nissan Z34 chassis. Due to the OE saddlebag fuel tank and insufficient baffling, fuel starvation is common when the vehicle is driven aggressively such as on a road course. This results in unstable fuel pressure and potential engine damage from a lean mixture. An external surge tank is an excellent device to eliminate fuel starvation issues. However, installing a standalone surge tank is difficult in the 370Z due to the open cabin design and lack of a firewall between the driver and the rear of the vehicle. For this reason, Radium Engineering opted to create a fully functional surge tank system INSIDE the factory fuel tank. The Radium FHST can be used with 1 or 2 aftermarket fuel pumps and provides a 1:1 regulated fuel supply to the engine. No cutting, bending, or sheet metal fabrication is required. Furthermore, the system is compatible with alternative fuels such as E85.
Features: Simple installation, supports 1 or 2 surge pumps, integrated 1:1 adjustable fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure gauge, anti-fuel starvation, high current electronics, common fuel pump compatibility, anodized aluminum construction, gasoline, methanol, and ethanol compatible, fuel-rated tubing and wiring, stainless steel hardware.
PUMP COMPATIBILITY: The FHST system offers brushed and brushless fuel pump options. The system is compatible but not limited to the following fuel pumps: 20-1820-00 Walbro GSS342 255 LPH, AEM 50-1200 E85, 20-1821-00 Ti Automotive BKS1001 (Brushless), 20-1822-00 Walbro F90000267 E85, Walbro F90000274 E85, Walbro F90000285 E85.

The complete kit includes all installation hardware, such as a fuel pressure gauge, external fuel hose, fittings, electrical fuse, relay, etc. Fuel pumps must be purchased separately.
