FUEL PUMPS

P/Ns 20-3790 and 20-3792 are designed for use with an aftermarket fuel pump.

NOTES:

If two aftermarket pumps are required, the additional Dual Pump Add-on Kit (20-3796 or 20-3797) is also needed.

If a brushless pump is installed, the Dual Pump Add-on Kit CANNOT be used due to the extra wiring for the brushless controller.

Choosing the most suitable fuel pump(s) depends on the expected engine power, fuel type (gasoline, E85, etc.), and fuel pressure.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Custom-designed stainless steel anti-rotation electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors cannot support. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and resistant to all standard and specialty fuels. Non-conductive anodized aluminum blind nuts are provided to prevent accidental short circuits. Additionally, the in-tank wiring is insulated with high-grade, chemical-resistant ETFE.

Notes

Single Walbro GSS342 (255 L/hr) fuel pump installations may reuse the original pump wiring.

Upgrading the original wiring is recommended to ensure pumps receive full power and operate at their maximum potential.
