MOUNTING OPTIONS
The fuel surge tank can be installed virtually anywhere in the vehicle. However, mounting near collision-prone areas, heat sources, or moving parts such as suspension components should be avoided. NOTE: The fuel surge tank can be mounted in any position, from vertical to horizontal. Choose the bracket that best suits your application.
Floor and wall mount: This bracket is laser-cut from aluminum and powder-coated black. It can be mounted on the side or the bottom of the surge tank.
Chassis mount: Thanks to its 90° bend and cantilevered design, this bracket is made of steel for increased strength. In addition to being nickel-plated for corrosion resistance, it allows components to be grounded through the bracket's clearance hole. This applies provided the bracket is mounted on an electrically conductive material, such as a steel chassis.
Angled mount: This bracket is used in vehicles with limited mounting height. It can be mounted to the floor or against a wall. This bracket is made of laser-cut aluminum and powder-coated black.
