Fuel hanger for Toyota MK4 Supra Walbro F90000267/274/285 Radium Engineering

Radium Engineering's fuel pump hanger allows for the use of 1, 2, or 3 aftermarket fuel pumps in the Toyota Supra MK4 (JZA80) original fuel tank. No permanent modifications to the fuel access lid are required.
To simplify aftermarket -AN hose installation, the 10AN ORB threaded feed port (shown below) features a low-profile 8AN male fitting, and the 8AN ORB threaded return port features a low-profile 6AN male fitting.

Since the fuel pumps use integrated check valves, the pump outlets are joined into a single 10AN machined manifold (kit 20-1511 includes check valves for pump outlets). To reconnect the original return and vent hoses, barb fittings are also included.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: As shown below, custom-designed stainless steel electrical studs easily support the high current demand that compact bulkhead connectors cannot. These service-friendly connections are properly sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. The low-profile design keeps all wiring neatly concealed under the original fuel tank cover thanks to the included foam insulation.
Non-conductive acorn nuts are included to prevent accidental short circuits. Additionally, the high-quality internal wiring is insulated with ETFE, a chemical-resistant material. Electrical components for the fuel pump(s), original level sensor, and original temperature sensor are included. In single pump applications, the original fuel pump controller wiring can be reused, but an upgrade is recommended as these high-flow pumps draw additional current and require a larger gauge wire. Fuel pump wiring kits can be purchased HERE. Select 1 unit for single pump applications, 2 units for dual pump applications, and 3 units for triple pump applications.

FUEL STARVATION

One of the drawbacks of the original, now outdated, system is poor protection against fuel starvation. The Radium Engineering system incorporates a unique siphon pump. Using a Venturi effect, this "mechanical" pump draws fuel from outside the auxiliary tank and delivers it directly to the pump inlets.
As shown, the auxiliary tank is kept full in all driving conditions.
