LS 90mm Plate System for GM Vehicles

Nitrous Express's LS 90mm plate system features a billet-machined plate. This 90mm plate bolts between the throttle body and intake manifold, making for a quick, simple, and clean installation. The system is a single stage and includes jets for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400 horsepower. (Fits 90mm and 92mm throttle bodies). The plate comes pre-machined with a second set of nitrous and fuel passages, making for an easy upgrade to a dual stage system by adding part # NX933D. This system includes ProPower Lightning Series solenoids. Systems with bottles include the Lightning 500 bottle valve, 6AN feed line, braided stainless steel solenoid to plate lines, stainless bottle brackets, master arming switch, WOT switch, as well as every nut, bolt, and electrical connector needed to complete the installation. This system incorporates the latest technology and best components available. NX Lightning solenoids feature an improved flow path that eliminates sharp turns and expansion areas in the nitrous path. This keeps the nitrous in a dense liquid form, allowing more power to be made using less nitrous. Lightning nitrous solenoids feature an integrated purge port, allowing a purge valve to be connected directly to the nitrous solenoid body for a clean look and less plumbing. Lightning series solenoids feature CNC aluminum bodies covered with carbon fiber shells for maximum weight savings.

Systems with bottles include the billet aluminum Lightning 500 bottle valve. This valve not only looks great; it’s packed with features, including two integrated gauge ports, a 5/8 siphon tube, a huge .500 orifice, and optimized flow with a single 45-degree bend. The Lightning bottle valve looks great, flows great, and weighs almost a pound less than our old brass valve.
