RTMG Performance Upgraded AWD LPFP Fuel Pump System up to 1000hp with Fuel Line and Filter for Audi RS3 2.5 TFSI

Introducing the upgraded RTMG Performance Fuel Pump System, available in two options designed to support 1000 horsepower applications.

The ultimate solution for fuel supply issues for RS3 enthusiasts. Compatible with the RS3 8P TFSI TTRS. The idea arose after numerous tests on our own racing cars. Here you will find everything you need to know about the RS3 low-pressure fuel system and the problems our system solves.

The factory system is designed to support up to 500 horsepower, mainly for daily use.

How does it work?

We scanned the basket space with a high-precision 0.02mm scanner and designed a support structure for both pumps, made of forged aluminum, which integrates a second WALBRO/TI pump, with a capacity of 450 liters per hour. Thanks to this redesign, we fix both pumps to the basket with screws.

The second pump is activated by its own circuit, based on boost pressure, and most importantly, it is integrated into the system we designed. The activation of the second pump occurs between 1.2 and 2 bar, easily adjustable via an Allen screw on the RTMG Performance control unit. All electrical wiring is of excellent quality, with safety measures at every turn, capable of supplying 40 amps to the second pump under racing conditions.

No wires are cut from the factory harness, and everything is installed in such a way that if you decide to sell the car, the system can be returned to factory configuration with the original pump, as it was before. Installation of our complete system takes no more than an hour, making the mechanics' job easier.

The result? A robust, high-quality construction that functions like a factory system, with everything in perfect working order, including the fuel gauge in its original position, supplying your engine with the necessary fuel flow for up to 1000 horsepower and more if required. The complete system is offered ready to use, but for those who have a factory pump in good condition, we also offer only the upgrade kit.

All kits include the necessary wiring for electrical installation and come with a controller to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. The exclusive RTMG machined aluminum adapter design allows for a perfect connection between the two fuel pumps, ensuring durability and efficiency.
