FUEL INJECTORS

Radium manufactures two types of fuel rails: upgrade rails and top-feed conversion rails. Upgrade rails only improve the rail, and the original fuel injectors can be reused. If you wish to upgrade the injectors, they must be equivalent to the originals; that is, they must have the same height, and the upper and lower O-rings must match the original diameters and styles. Top-feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle with side-feed (or sometimes air-assisted) injectors to top-feed injectors.

This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. Original or equivalent injectors must be used.

Radium does not recommend fuel injectors.

Consult your tuner for recommendations regarding injector brand or flow rate.
Consult the injector manufacturer to obtain the part number with the correct dimensions.

20-0862 GM Vortec 8100 L18 Big Block Fuel Rails

The fuel rails are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser engraved for a high-quality surface finish. Each fuel rail has six 8AN ORB ports, twelve ports in total.

Each fuel rail has 6 ports (12 in total). These ports are 3/4"-16 threaded for 8AN ORB fittings.

The appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. It is necessary to leave enough clearance around the fuel rail ports for larger accessories, such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampeners. To check clearance, you can consult the dimensional drawings on the product pages.
