PORTS AND CONNECTIONS
The fuel rail ports are 8AN ORB and 1/8 NPT threads.

The appropriate connections must be selected for the specific application. Sufficient room around the fuel rail ports must be left for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, dimensional drawings can be found on the product pages.

OVERVIEW
Manufactured with 5/8" internal bores, the fuel rails can support all engine power requirements. They are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, black anodized and laser engraved for a high-quality surface finish. Each fuel rail features 3 (6 total) 8AN ORB threads.
The physical profile offers maximum clearance with the upper intake manifold and distributor, while still allowing maximum flow.
Thanks to this innovative design, the fuel injectors install in an exact perpendicular orientation to the lower intake manifold injector seats, just like the OEM parts. No spacers are required.
These fuel rails are compatible with all fuel types, including common alcohol blends such as E85.
INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY
Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 14mm ID, so factory injectors are permitted.
If upgrading fuel injectors, please consult your aftermarket injector supplier for more details. Bosch EV14 injectors are ideal as they provide increased clearance between the connector and the fuel rail. Radium Engineering cannot specify further injector dimensions, only stating "OEM equivalent."
