Nuke Performance fuel rail for the Volvo white 4-cylinder engine found in the first generation S40 and V40, with oversized internal components, lightweight design, and equipped with our unique injector safety clips.
The fuel rail for the Volvo white 4-cylinder engine is delivered with brackets for the original Volvo intake and allows for the use of AN fuel lines and aftermarket injectors for your Volvo engine.

* This fuel rail is designed for use with 65mm EV14L (long) injectors. If other injectors are used, the included brackets cannot be used.

It uses the unique injector safety clips for which Nuke Performance fuel rails are famous, ensuring an airtight seal even in the event of a collision, where the fuel rail could detach from the intake manifold.

The Nuke Performance fuel rail for white 4-cylinder Volvo engines is delivered with brackets for the 4-cylinder S40 and V40 engines. The fuel rail is equipped with brackets that fit the following models and years:

With AN-8 ORB main ports and an AN-6 ORB side port, we offer a wide range of fittings and adapters to choose from.
The fuel rail uses AN-8 ORB threaded fittings at each end and also offers an additional side port with AN-6 ORB thread. We offer a wide variety of fittings and our low-profile full-flow banjo fittings for a space-saving installation.

A distinctive feature of Nuke Performance is the use of injector safety clips, designed to maintain an impeccable seal even under extreme fuel pressure.
Ensures a secure seal even during extreme fuel demands
Both during assembly, engine installation, and in the unfortunate event of an accident, these clips ensure that the injectors remain firmly attached to the rail. This design prevents any fuel spill, even in situations where the fuel pump continues to run or residual pressure exists in the fuel system.
