Fuel Pressure Regulator & Fuel Filter for BMW E46 01-06 Stainless Radium Engineering

This Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) and Fuel Filter is an easy-to-install kit designed specifically for the 2001-2006 BMW (E46) M3, utilizing the original fuel lines. The original fuel filter is replaced with a high-flow fuel filter from Radium Engineering. This filter is compatible with all fuel types. The original FPR is replaced with an RA series FPR. RA series regulators incorporate the first tool-free pressure adjustment. No longer are lock nuts or adjustment screws required. With a simple twist of the knob, pressure is increased or decreased.
To make pressure adjustment easier, it features incremental stops that provide haptic feedback to the user. Each stop allows for a 1 psi (+/-0.5 psi) adjustment depending on the current fuel pressure. RA series regulators feature a 360-degree rotating vacuum reference port with double O-rings. This is the first time this has been used in the industry. It allows the installer to quickly orient the vacuum fitting in any direction without the need for tools. 4 interchangeable 10-32 threaded vacuum port fittings are provided to cover all scenarios. 1. Barbed fitting: A black zinc plated 3/16" (5mm) barb machined from high-strength steel that is compatible with the following vacuum hoses: 5/32" (4mm), 3/16" (5mm), and 7/32" (6mm). 2. 3AN Male fitting: A black zinc plated adapter machined from high-strength steel that is compatible with 3AN hose ends. 3. Pressure fitting: A nickel-plated brass fitting with Buna-N O-rings, compatible with 1/4" OD rigid plastic tubing. 4. Vacuum plug: A black oxide stainless steel screw used to maintain a constant (non-dynamic) fuel pressure. This kit is suitable for all types of gasoline, including unleaded, leaded, oxygenated, and premixes. In addition, it is compatible with alcohol fuel blends such as methanol, ethanol, and E85.
