The charge air cooling is therefore not carried out by the ambient air as a cooling medium (as is usual), but is carried out with its own cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature is directly equivalent to improved charge air cooling performance. This is precisely where the advantages of the improved WAGNERTUNING water cooler come into play. The newly developed competition core of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water cooler increases the radiator volume of the OEM water cooler by a total of 77%. The calculated ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows sufficient airflow for the surrounding components (e.g. the engine water cooler) to perform their own heat exchange. In addition, by using a larger amount of cooling water, the temperature of the entire system can be kept at a lower level for a longer period of time. All WAGNERTUNING water coolers are equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating to ensure a lasting cooling effect. The plug & play installation of the system is simple and easy to perform (an installation instruction is included).
