Forge Motorsport Intercooler Radiator for Audi RS6 C7 and Audi RS7

Engine optimization currently demands ever-increasing performance, and in certain conditions, the vehicle risks receiving poorly cooled air, which reduces its efficiency and power. With this in mind, Forge developed PolarCoolers, the first auxiliary cooling systems for the Audi RS6 and RS7 (C7 platform). After road and dyno testing with three different manufacturers' water radiators, Forge has developed the ultimate liquid cooling solution.

PolarCoolers Advantages:

A 100% increase in capacity thanks to a 22 fpi (fins per inch) grid for maximum cooling.

The PolarCooler retains the standard intercooler radiator but feeds an auxiliary radiator mounted at the front.

This design eliminates obstructions, meaning the condenser does not affect the radiator's performance. It is not directly in front of the water radiator but at the end of the circuit. This exclusive design allows for a 20 °C reduction in intake temperature during three consecutive dyno tests.
Forge's PolarCooler retains the original radiator's standard bleed screw.
The PolarCooler does not require an additional expansion tank, as the standard system uses a non-return valve that only opens if the water level drops and recovers evaporated water.
All Forge cooling hoses incorporate an expandable inner layer of modified silicone, called fluorosilicone.
This inner layer allows the use of long-life organic acid technology (OAT) coolants or air with oil vapors. The use of fluorosilicone makes Forge hoses the best, most durable, and preferred choice for enthusiasts.
The construction of these hoses has been designed to exceed the performance of production hoses. They will improve any engine both technically and aesthetically. The Polar Cooler includes all necessary components for assembly, including a modified crash bar and silicone hoses, as well as a black powder-coated finish on the tanks and crash bar, both handcrafted.

This product has been entirely designed, developed, and manufactured in the UK and comes with Forge's lifetime warranty.
