Front strut bar designed for Ford Mustang (65-70). Its main functions are: Stabilization: Reduces body roll in sharp turns, significantly improving handling. Reduction of mass transfer: During cornering, the vehicle's weight shifts to the outer wheel. The strut bar ensures an even distribution of this mass, ensuring balanced grip on all wheels. Stabilization of suspension geometry: In vehicles with unibody construction, suspension components interact with each other. During fast cornering, large forces can cause slight changes in suspension geometry at different phases of the turn. Additional reinforcement reduces these forces, ensuring that suspension geometry remains constant at all times. The strut bar structure is based on sheet metal and aluminum components manufactured using CNC technology with laser cutting. To protect against corrosion, these components undergo a golden galvanization process. The arms are CNC machined from 7075 aluminum. To connect the suspension strut tower flanges.

Features

Adjustment: The product includes a solid aluminum tensioner mechanism to adjust the distance between the windshield/hood and the suspension towers, with an adjustment range of 0 to 40 mm.

Durable construction: Knowing the design flaws of classic Mustangs, we developed reinforcements that effectively stiffen the engine compartment. The design was tested in a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) environment to simulate the forces acting on the suspension.

Precise fit: Thanks to 3D scanning of original vehicles and 3D modeling, the strut bar is characterized by its precision and perfect fit to the car's structure.
