The FMIC.Pro wastegate thermal blanket is a professional product belonging to a completely new and innovative thermal insulation series. The first, inner layer is made of a material that, thanks to its high silicon dioxide content, easily withstands temperatures up to 1000°C on the wastegate body. The blanket is filled with a thick layer of ceramic wool that effectively insulates heat and is covered with a magma-type material, similar to that used in thermal insulation bandages. Thanks to this combination, despite constant contact with temperatures above 1000°C, the FMIC.Pro blanket offers an excellent thermal barrier, does not discolour, and, after disassembly, retains its flexibility and allows for reuse. The FMIC.Pro blanket can be used in extreme conditions, making it suitable for professional racing cars. It optimally reduces the temperature under the hood, which benefits the engine and cooling system components. Temperature resistance: 1100°C
