Another advantage is the protective mesh on the core and precision-machined end tanks for a perfect fit.
2. Central Charge Cooler Heat Exchanger FMICPRO-IC-104
A specific central heat exchanger with an enlarged core, providing greater cooling efficiency compared to the factory solution. The larger volume of coolant in the system slows heat soak, which helps maintain more stable temperatures under load. The design has been prepared as a direct replacement for the OEM component. 3. Side Charge Cooler Heat Exchangers FMICPRO-IC-119
An independent, more efficient heat exchanger for the expanded S58 cooling system. In modified vehicles, factory coolers are often insufficient, so a dual-core design with increased volume was chosen. The greater coolant capacity and all-aluminum construction improve heat dissipation, durability, and resistance to intensive use.
4. Intake Manifold with Intercooler FMICPRO-IC-116
An intake manifold integrated with an air-to-water intercooler designed for the S58 engine. The larger intake diameter and carefully selected air guide components optimize system efficiency and improve turbocharger operation. This modification also provides a more direct intake and a more pronounced induction sound.
6. Downpipe FMICPRO-DP-105
Sport downpipe for BMW with the S58 B30 engine, made of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. Installing this pipe optimizes exhaust gas flow, reduces turbo lag, and increases horsepower and torque. CNC-machined elements ensure precision and repeatability, while the flexible section with internal lining reinforces the structure and improves system durability.
