16% smaller pulley, designed to increase compressor pressure by up to 0.4 bar and power by up to 20 HP, with a significant increase in torque.
Combined with ECU remapping, it allows for an increase of up to 40 HP compared to the stock setup. Boost pressure with this pulley is approximately 1-1.2 bar. Unlike other pressure increase methods, the RTMG pulley for Mini Cooper S is designed not to exceed the limits of the stock compressor, thus ensuring maximum reliability. It does not cause damage or additional wear to the compressor or other components such as the water pump, alternator, bearings, etc.
Made from 100% aluminum alloy using modern CNC machines and ISO certified. Our design allows the pulley to be installed without damaging the compressor shaft thanks to its double clamping cone. No special knowledge is required for installation, and it can be mounted without needing to remove the compressor from the engine.
Compatible with all Mini Cooper S R53.
