This Secondary Air Injection (SAI) pump block-off plate is designed for VAG group 1.8T petrol engines. It is used when removing the secondary air system that supplies air to the exhaust manifold. It allows for a permanent and tight sealing of the SAI pump opening, ensuring impeccable aesthetics in the engine bay and preventing leaks.

Made from high-quality AW-5083 aluminum, resistant to corrosion, temperature, and chemical agents. Its precise fit ensures easy installation (plug & play), with no modifications required.
